About the role:

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Product Designer to design and concept new products and propositions across the Atida shop (Atida.com). As our Senior Product Designer, you'll oversee all product design in the Atida universe, and help build Atida into a personalised household name across Europe.

Your role will involve:

• Taking ownership of the design and concepts of new and existing products and propositions across the range of Atida digital products.

• Designing high-fidelity UI and UX specs to clearly communicate requirements to your team’s engineers

• Be responsible for all visuals across Atida.com starting from concept design to the creation of production-ready assets

• Working closely with a variety of Atida teams including the development team to help bring Atida products to life and set the standard for product design across Europe.

• Closely collaborating with UX research and other product designers to ensure consistent and unified experiences across all products

• Establishing, driving, and improving the design process, quality, consistency, and scalability for all digital Atida products

• Helping to iterate and maintain the Atida Product Design system and library, as well as the Design team's rituals and processes.

• Having the creative freedom to take the Atida digital products into new directions and to make an impact with your work from day one.

• Getting all the gear you need to do your job such as a MacBook Pro, extra monitors etc.

About you:

To excel in this role you will need to be someone who can take ownership of your projects from start to finish without supervision. Can you get your hands dirty optimising workflows and dive into small last-minute design tasks when required? Then you can succeed at Atida and help us challenge current setups and systems to improve and scale.

This is the kind of background we have in mind for the role:

• Significant experience creating interfaces, apps or large scale websites (B2C) that have delivered on strategy and success metrics

• Proven ability to solve complex and detailed user problems with simple, effective, and intuitive visual designs

• Comprehensive understanding of user-centred design and how to apply the methodologies to digital development

• Setup the design systems for scale

• Ability to plan, prioritise, and organise effectively combined with strong attention to detail.

• You can hold your corner when collaborating with development teams and working in complex technical Sprints

• You have excellent project management skills and are comfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.

• Collaborate across Product and Marketing teams across Europe, and establish and streamline processes for efficiency
